Vendor Agreement

• Vendors must complete setup before the event begins.
• Food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations.
• Vendors may only sell items listed on this form.
• No illegal items, alcohol, drugs, or weapons are permitted.
• Each vendor will be assigned a designated space. Please remain within your assigned area.
• Vendors must keep their area clean.
• Vendor fees must be paid prior to the event to secure your space.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
• Event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Vendors must conduct themselves in a respectful and
  professional manner.
• Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
• Tables and tents will NOT be provided unless rented during registration
• Vendors must bring their own if not selected
• Last-minute requests are not accepted or guaranteed
